About Vinos (Naturales) Berlin
A wine shop, bar and space for bringing people together.
A wine shop, bar and space for bringing people together.
Vinos (Naturales) is a wine shop and bar in Kreuzberg’s Wrangelkiez, bringing together wines from Eastern Europe and South America.
The space was previously home to Natural Selection, founded by Australian wine lover Andy King in 2022. In 2026, friends Santiago Cornejo and Josepha Niebelschütz took over the space, building on its existing community while bringing their own connections, experiences and perspectives to it.
For us, wine is about place, people and the stories around the bottle. Vinos is a place to discover something new, meet friends, listen to music, share food and spend some time.

Santiago & Josepha
Santiago & Josepha
Santiago and Josepha first met ten years ago in Argentina. Santiago grew up in Salta, one of Argentina’s major wine regions, while Josepha grew up in the outskirts of Berlin, and first came to Argentina on a short study trip but ended up staying for several years.
Their friendship grew around a shared love of food, wine and bringing people together. In Buenos Aires, Sunday asados on Josepha’s terrace became a regular gathering point for friends, food and bottles of wine.
Years later, they found themselves together again in Berlin. Santiago had come to the city to study architecture, while Josepha was working across climate tech and social entrepreneurship. When the opportunity to take over the Kreuzberg wine shop came up, they decided to build something together.
Vinos is an extension of that shared history: a neighbourhood space shaped by the places they have lived, the people they have met and the culture of gathering around a table.

From Eastern Europe to South America
Vinos continues the Eastern European focus established by Natural Selection, with wines from places including Georgia, Czechia, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia, alongside German producers.
We focus on low-intervention wines, with a particular interest in small producers and the people behind the bottles. Many of these regions are close to Berlin, allowing us to maintain direct connections with producers and the wider natural wine community here. Our selection is personal rather than exhaustive: wines with a strong sense of place, made by people we want to know and support, and each with a story worth sharing. At the same time, we’re bringing in wines from South America.
The two sides of the selection aren’t intended to compete with one another. We’re interested in the contrast: different climates, landscapes, grape varieties, traditions and approaches to making wine, brought together in one place.

Vinos is designed to change with the people and projects inside it.
During the warmer months, the terrace opens onto Wrangelstraße for wines by the glass and small bites. Downstairs, the Keller becomes a more intimate space for dinners, tastings, private gatherings and events.
We're interested in keeping the space open-ended rather than giving it a fixed identity. It can be a wine shop in the afternoon, a place for a tasting in the evening, a long table for dinner, or somewhere to listen to music with a glass of wine.

We host public and private events like birthdays, wine tastings, producer visits, dinners, pop-ups and other events throughout the year.
We work with cooks, chefs and other local projects to bring different food concepts into the space — from Argentine empanadas to one-off dinners and pop-ups.
The long table in the Keller is also available for private tastings and gatherings.

Music is an important part of Vinos.
Our DJ booth hosts local selectors, DJs and radio voices, with programming curated by Santiago, Josepha and SAGAN. We want music to be part of the atmosphere without turning Vinos into a club — somewhere to have a drink, listen to something good and spend time with friends.
